This step is an important step because routine exercise will encourage increased blood flow helping to nourish your skin, while providing enhanced blood circulation to the very surface of your skin. The perspiration (and consumption of further water) helps flush out toxins from your skin’s pores – but remember to increase the water intake by at least 0.5 of a liter on days when you’re exercising.
